If you like your music as good as gold then this is an excellent modification to make.

iPod nano explodes
A teenager from Melbourne, Australia reported that his ipod exploded while he was charging it via his PC. He caused a small explosion when trying to fix the unit with a screwdriver after it stopped working from going through the washing machine. The boys room filled with toxic smoke and he was treaded in hospital. he noted that it was more than a 'pop' and there was little fire. Apple investigated the unit and did not issue a product recall. A spokesman from Apple stated that there was nothing wrong with the ipod, it was caused from water interfering with the product. "It was more smoke than fire but it did leave a burn mark on the cover."
