Ipod Earphones vs. Noise Cancelling Headphones

The iPod has really taken the lead in portable music technology with their funky new designs and ability to download 4 to 60GB’s of songs in a single hit. However in my praise of Apple’s technology there is one serious fault with the iPod, this being the trademark white earphones. These flimsy headphones are an insult to the iPod technology and prevent the user from benefiting from their full listening experience. In fact in light of new noise cancelling headphone technology, the old school earphones are worthy of a place in the trash!

With the new technology of noise cancelling headphones on the rise, music goers will finally have the adequate equipment to enhance their listening experience. In the general public iPod’s are used frequently weather it be in airplanes, on public transport or walking from place to place. Nevertheless with its frequent use comes the distraction of outside noise and with that comes the excessive noise levels of the user trying to drown out the background noise instead of cancelling the noise. All these factors play on our ears and can cause long-term effects. Yet there is hope, noise cancelling headphones cancels out the background noise of everyday events and puts you on a one on one term with you and your music.

The next big move in ipod accessories will without doubt be noise cancelling headphones for this reason; an individual would not consider connecting low grade speakers to a high quality sound systems so why do it with head phones? Already other labels have begun a market change and have added the new noise cancelling feature to their headphone line. Taking off without a hitch, noise cancelling headphones are set to be not just the must have accessory but also a new fixation dealing with sound technology.
