Solution
In some cases, your iPod nano may simply need to be reset. Follow the steps below to reset your iPod nano:
- Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again).
- Press and hold the Menu and Center (Select) buttons simultaneously for about 6 to 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears. You may need to repeat this step.
If resetting iPod nano does not resolve the issue, it may require service. Service can be obtained from the following locations:
